Before a benefit instruction is signed

What can recorded checks establish about a fictional change to a benefit instruction?

This exercise proposes a five-percent change to the revaluation coefficient of the monthly family-benefit base. The draft is fictional and has no normative value; the published coefficient remains the legal reference.

The saved checks concern expressibility and agreement of answers. They do not certify legal conformity. Separate saved questions retain the same household facts on both sides and show the effect of the changed base.

Recorded example

What the recorded checks establish

The draft is expressible and both engines produce identical answers. These checks do not establish legal conformity. The comparison identifies a changed coefficient rule; its own scenario list is empty. Household effects below come from separate complete questions.
