French family allowances: from screening to an answer
How can a fund find households to contact without treating a filter as a benefit decision?
A contact queue and an entitlement answer serve different purposes. This example follows four fictional metropolitan households through a necessary condition, then shows a complete recorded answer for every household that passes.
The same household facts and legal snapshot are retained throughout. The amounts below are saved answers for these cases, not a calculator for a different family. A row that does not pass the filter receives no entitlement decision on this page.
Recorded example
A queue for assistance
The metropolitan one-child row does not pass the necessary condition. It has no entitlement decision here. The other rows are answered against the same saved facts and legal snapshot.

The filter is a necessary superset, not a legal answer. Missing data must pass for further examination. The full questions keep the original facts; the page performs neither filtering nor benefit calculations.
